I do really wonder what is the goal of looking for a leader. What is a leader anyway? To me it’s some humain being we get to follow because we think this individual is right. Someone that is so right, that agree everything he/she has to tell or to do, clapping at every declaration with noise and enthousiasm, because it echoes to your own opinions, that we shut. “He may tells out loud what others say all low” But the thing is those noises we make by clapping doesn’t allow us really listen. By following a leader we are stopping to think by yourselves. We have no need to do it so, cause the leader make this for us. We don’t have to react or to tell what’s on our minds because the leader already doing it for us. By following a leader we forget ourselves and create masses. This is a dangerous behavior.
